Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds chicken breast halves without skin or boneless pork
- 1 cup rice
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup, condensed
- 2 Cups water
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put rice in the bottom of a covered oven safe pan. Arrange chicken over top of rice. Mix water, onion soup, mushroom soup and salt and pepper and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
