Angela's Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup pecans, toasted and finely ground
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- More confectioners sugar for rolling.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 370. Grease or line 2 cookie sheets.
Beat butter, confectioners sugar, salt and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended.
Stir in your toasted finely ground pecans. Stir in flour till well blended.
Shape into 1 inch balls and arrange 1 1/4 incheds apart on the cookie sheets. Bake until lightly browned about 12-15 minutes. Let stand briefly. Roll in Confectioners sugar. Cool and Roll in confectioners sugar again to coat completely.
