  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup ketchup, divided
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Crackers Keebler® Town House® Original
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage

Preparation

Step 1

1. In medium bowl combine eggs, 1/4 cup of ketchup and milk. Stir in cracker crumbs, onion, pepper, horseradish, salt and mustard. Add ground beef and sausage. Mix well. 2. Lightly pat mixture into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Spread remaining ketchup over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
