Ingredients

  • baby back ribs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Peel skin from back of ribs and cut into pieces that are about 2 ribs each. Place in roasting pan. Cover with salt, pepper and rosemary on both sides. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. turn after 1 1/2 hours to other side.
