Ingredients
- Streusel:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
Preparation
Step 1
For the streusel, mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Blend in butter until crumbly.
For the cake, stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, oil, vanilla and sour cream together until blended. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Spread the batter in a 9" x 13" pan, sprinkle with the cranberries and then the streusel. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 - 50 minutes.
