Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c chopped onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 T mayo

Step 1

Mix ground beef and chopped onions. In a separate bowl, combine egg and milk. Add bread crumbs to meat mixture. Pour egg/milk mixture into meat. Mix. In a separate bowl combine soy sauce, garlic powder and mayo. Put 1/2 the sauce in the meat and mix; set the other half to the side. Put meat mixture in a bread pan. Put in microwave for 5 minutes. Then pour the rest of the sauce over the loaf. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
