Olallieberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/4 t salt
• 4 c crushed berries
• 4 c heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs. Add sugar graudally. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream freezer (use at least a 5 qt freezer) and stir to proper consistency as directed by freezer instructions.
