Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix first 9 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pound chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper to 1/4 inch thick.
3. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Brush chicken with butter and sprinkle liberally with seasonings on both sides. Place chicken in pan. When blackened, turn and cook other side. Cooks quickly.
