Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 TBsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup green onion
- dash freshly grated ginger
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook ground chicken in a pan until fully cooked all the way through
2, Add the olive oil, say sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice wine vinegar, mushrooms, onion, green onion, water chestnuts, ginger, garlic , salt and pepper, and garlic salt until the onions begin to go clear. Continue stirring around the pan until everything is fully incorporated
3. Remove from heat and serve in lettuce leaves
4. Serve as main dish or appetizer
