Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 3 Ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 24 Ounces Blue cheese, crumbled
- 24 Ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 Cup Onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Bunch Fresh parsley, finely snipped

Directions
Allow all cheeses to stand at room temperature until softened. Place in mixing bowl: add onion and worcestershire sauce. Bfend at low speed, then at medium speed until mixed. Shape into a large ball. Chill until firm. Pat snipped parsley on surface of ball. May be served chilled or at room temperature.
