Ingredients

  • Crepes:
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • Cheese scrambled eggs:
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 3/4 c shredded cheese
  • 1 tblsp chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tblsp butter.

Step 1

Crepes:

Sift flour and salt into bowl, blend eggs and milk and add to dry ingredients. Cook in 6 - 7 in. greased crepe pan, one at a time. Fill with cheese scrambled eggs and serve with ham.

Eggs:

Combine all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in skillet, cook eggs until golden.
