Ingredients
- 8 8 8 lg napa or Savoy leaves
- 2 2 2 t peanut oil
- 1 1 1 sm carrot, coarsely shredded
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c sliced mushrooms
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 c cooked ground pork
- 1 1 1 T ginger
- 1/2 1/2 5-spice t 5-spice powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c sprouts
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c red pepper, in thins strips
- 2 2 2 green onions, slice
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c hoisin sauce, split in 1/2
Preparation
Step 1
Steam leaves to soften and flatten rib with rolling pin. Cook the rest and wrap in leaves. Steam rolls. Thin other 1/2 hoisin sauce with water and use for dipping.
