Ingredients

• 1 onion,sauteed until light brown.
• flour
• 1 clove garlic
• carrots
• celery
• squash(zucchini)
• potatoes
• tomato,peeled
• red bell pepper
• frozen butternut squash
• frozen green beans
• 2 bags vegetable soup mix
• salt
• pepper
• dill
• parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion until light brown. Add flour until it forms a paste. Add garlic,carrots,celery,squash,potatoes,tomato and red pepper. Saute all together. Add water,bring to a boil. Add frozen butternut squash,green beans,vegetable soup mix without the flavoring packet,salt.pepper,parsley and dill.
