Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 12 oz small red potatoes (quartered)
- 4 medium carrots (1/2 in)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and drain off fat.
Place potatoes, carrots & meat in slow cooker.
Combine soup, wine, soup mix & thyme. Pour over meat.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Makes 4 servings
