Preparation

Step 1

1.-Pour KELLOGG's Stuffing Mix into large mixing bowl.
2.-Cook celery and onions in margarine until tender. Add mixture to KELLOGG's
Stuffing Mix while tossing gently. Stir
lightly while adding hot chicken broth.
3.-Do not stuff poultry until ready to roast. Wash poultry, drain and dry.
Loosely stuff prepared stuffing into turkey. Roast turkey as directed on poultry wrapper.
To bake extra stuffing, spoon into lightly greased baking dish, cover and bake in 350 degree over for about 30
minutes. Amount of broth may be varied
depending on preference for fluffy or
more moist stuffing.
If desired, omit celery and onions. Mix
melted margarine into KELLOGG's Stuffing Mix before adding chicken
broth.
(Alternate; Add boiled, chopped
giblets to stuffing mix, and raisins).
