Chili Brick Chili

Wonderful Chili that you can make into your own by adding other ingredients. Don’t be fooled this is a great chili made as is.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Chuck. 80%
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Teasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Mince Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper(Red Pepper)
- 1.5 to 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 10 to 12 ounces BeefBoth
- 2 Cans Brooks Mild Chili Beans(15.5 ounces each)
- And 2 cans Petite Diced Tomatoes. (14.5 ounces each)
- Note. Teasoning is A Blend of salt pepper. Garlic
- N onion salt with dill and tarragon. If you can obtain it it is wonderful on everything.
- We have a local Man here in Central Illinois that blends it and he will mail it out any where in US
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef with all spices and sugars
Drain Grease to a separate pan
Return grease to pot and flour cook down to a rue just 2 to 3 minutes
Add Beef Broth
Simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add Burger mixture with Chili Beans and Tomatoes
Return to MediumLow heat and Simmer until it is to your taste
