
Ingredients
- 1/2-Cup minced onion.
- 1/2 -Green pepper.
- 2-Tbs. butter.
- 1 -(15 oz.) can chili with beans.
- 1 -Can whole tomatoes.
- 1-Cup water.
- 1 -Package taco seasoning.
- 1 1/2-Cup dry minute rice. (White)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and pepper in butter until
tender. Add everything except rice.
Bring to a boil. Mash tomatoes as you take off heat. Add rice, cover and let
stand for 5 minutes.
