Taco's, Mexican Spicy Shredded Chicken for (Crock Pot).

Ingredients
- 2-3 Lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken
- breast.
- 1-Medium yellow or white onion.
- 1- 7 oz. Can diced green chilies.
- 1-Tsp. Chili powder.
- 1-Tsp. Cayenne pepper.
- 1- 5 oz. Bottle salsa.
- 1-tsp. Garlic powder.
- 1-Cup Water.
- Salt and Pepper.
- 20 -Soft Tortillas, 10".
- 1 -Carton of sour cream.
- (Alternate) Can, or frozen package of
- corn.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients to slow Crock
Pot cooker, and mix well.
2. Chicken should be covered by liquid,
if not add more water.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
4. The chicken should be falling apart
already, if not just continue to
shred it.
5. (Alternate) Cook either a can or a
frozen package of corn.
6. Serve on soft tortillas with sour
cream and corn.
