Chicken Enchiladas with cheddar cheese in Fajita Tortillas.

Ingredients
- 4 -Skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
- 2 -Packages Fajita Tortillas.
- (Mama Marias).
- 3 -Cans cream of chicken soup.
- 1-Cup sour cream.
- 1 -Can green chili sauce.
- 1 -Can diced green chili's.
- 1 -Can chopped or sliced black olives.
- 1-lb. Shredded cheddar cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
In a 6-qt. pot, boil chicken breast in water or crock pot until done.
When done chop chicken in small strips.
Mix ingredients in sauce pan and simmer.
Fill tortillas with small amount of chicken, sauce mixture and cheese.
Roll and put in 9"x13", (2) casserole dish.
Pour remaining sauce over the top of tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
Approximate 30 to 40 minutes.
