Ingredients
- 1 broccoli crown
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 7 pieces bacon, crumbled
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Drop in the peeled and trimmed broccoli.
Cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
Drain broccoli and plunge into an ice water bath to stop the cooking and set the color.
When the broccoli is cooled, drain it, pat dry, coarse chop it, and add in rest of ingredients.
Refrigerate.
