Goulash

Mash potatoes, brown gravy with beef spears and small carrots.

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 potatoes boiled
  • and mashed.
  • 2 to 3 Tbs butter and milk to
  • taste.
  • 1 - Bag of carrot spears.
  • 1.5 - lbs beef stew pieces.
  • 5 to 6 Cups of water.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes in separate pot.

Brown and simmer beef stew pieces in pressure cooker. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 5 to 6 cups of water after beef is browned.
Add carrots to pressure cooker with meat and water.
Pressure cook fifteen to twenty minutes.
After pressure cooking is done.
Thicken juices in pressure cooker until obtaining a like gravy with flour.

Serve potatoes with gravy, meat and carrots.
