Ingredients
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 cup quinoa
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh fruit or berries of your choice or 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons nuts of your choice

Step 1
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. In the meantime, place quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and rinse with cold water.
3. Add to boiling water.
4. Reduce heat to a light boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Place quinoa in a bowl and add cinnamon, fruit and nuts.
