Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (e.g. peaches, strawberries and blueberries)
- 1 banana
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 scoop of natural protein powder or 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoon spirulina powder or 2 teaspoons maca powder (optional)
