Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix (or 1 box gluten free vanilla cake mix)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Egg
- 1 small box of lemon flavored instant pudding mix
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a box of lemon cake mix (I use Duncan Hines) according to the instructions on the box, but mix in the following ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Egg
1 small box of lemon flavored instant pudding mix
You still want it the consistency of cake batter. If your batter looks too thick, add about 2 tablespoons of water.
Bake in 2 cake pans according to the box directions and allow to cool completely.
