Ingredients

  • 1 dozen flour tortillas
  • 3 chicken breast halves
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (7 oz) can green chile salsa
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound grated cheese (jack and/or cheddar)
  • Bake chicken in foil for 1 hr at 400 degrees. Shred into pieces.
  • Mix soups, salsa & milk, set aside.

Preparation

Step 1

Spoon some sauce in bottom of greased 9X13" baking dish. Roll up chicken, cheese and onion in tortilla. Place side by side in dish. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 45 minutes, covered and 15 minutes uncovered in 350 degree oven.
