Ingredients
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a vegetable steamer, steam the broccoli for 2 minutes. Set aside. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and pepper, cook for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook, stirring, 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
