Pizza Casserole

This hearty casserole is perfect for Fall nights or potluck dinners. It's super easy and very economical.

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1 Lb Pasta (Rotini or Penne work great)
  • 1 Lb Italian Sausage (Cooked)
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Package of sliced Pepperoni (Optional)
  • 1 Can black olives (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the sausage in a large skillet and drain well. (set aside)
Boil the pasta, until al dente' (strain it and rinse with hot water).
Add everything (minus cheese) to a large stock pot and mix well.
Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with garlic bread and a nice salad.
