  • 1 Can Chickpeas (save liquid)
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/3 Cup Chickpea juice
  • 1/3 Cup Olive oil
  • Juice of 2-3 Lemons
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • Pepper

Step 1

Food process the chickpeas then add the tahini.
Once that is mixed add the chickpea juice.
Add the oil.
Add the lemon juice.
Then the remaining ingredients.
Puree in the processor until smooth.
