Ingredients

  • 3-4 frozen or fresh chicken breasts
  • 1 chicken bullion cube, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits, quartered

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
2. Mix soups and broths together and pour over chicken.
3. Add crushed bullion and pepper.
4. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
5. Shred chicken and return to crockpot; mix well.
6. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables.
7. Drop quartered biscuits into crockpot one by one making sure each gets covered. 8. Cover and continue cooking for 1 hour.
