Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 ~1/4 Cups Graham cracker crumbs (about 16 squares)
  • 2 TBS suger
  • 3 TBS butter
  • FILLING:
  • 1 pound 3 ounces Cream cheese softened (19 ounces)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 ~21 ounce can of Wilderness fruit filling

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST:
Heat oven 350 degrees. Combine sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix in melted butter thoroughly. Press mixture evenly into bottom of ungreased 9 inch spring form pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Reduce oven to 300 degrees for cheesecake.

CHEESECAKE:
Beat softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add remaining filling ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over crust and baker in a 300 degree oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

TOPPING:
Remove side of pan. Top with favorite Wilderness Fruit Filling and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
