Ingredients
- 2 oz. butter
- 1/4 lb. bacon strips
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 3 oz. parmesan cheese
- Salt and white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add bacon and brown lightly. Add onions and cook until transparent. Cook spaghetti until slightly chewy. Add noodles to onions and bacon. Mix eggs and milk and add to spaghetti and heat through. Add cheese and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Place in warm dish and garnish with tomatoes and parsley sprigs.
Serve with green salad, chilled wine and fresh fruit for dessert.
