CRUNCHY TOP POTATOES

This is a great side dish that feeds a bunch of people. It is always a big hit. It is similar to au gratin.

Ingredients
- 2 - 1 lb. bags frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream chicken soup
- 1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) grated chedar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients together. Put into greased 9" x 12" baking dish (glass). In small pan, combine butter and crumbs. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
