  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Accent® seasoning mix
  • onion

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes the long way in 1/8" thickness. Melt butter, add salt, pepper and accent. Mix together in pan. Put in a 450 oven for 10 minutes. Take out and slice 2 medium onions very thin over top. Replace in oven for 20 minutes. Stir several times.
