Poured Cookie Icing

Dries to a shiny, hard finish and is also great for outline and fill-in decorations. I like to pour this into a plastic squeeze bottle that has a number 3 tip on the end and outline the cookies that way. Or you could just thin it a little so that you can spread it on with a spoon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Confectioners' sugar sifted
- 2 teaspoons Milk
- 2 teaspoons Light Corn Syrup (You may need to add a little more corn syrup depending on the humidity- you want the icing to “Flow”)

Preparation
Step 1
Place sugar and milk in bowl. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Add corn syrup and mix well. For filling in areas, use thinned icing (add small amounts of light corn syrup until desired consistency is reached).
