Ingredients
- 1 Szechuan vegetable (palm size) (soaked in water for 30 minutes and then sliced)
- 4 tomatoes
- pork ribs (rinsed and scalded with boiling water)
- 3 soup bowls of water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring water to boil.
2. Add pork ribs, sliced Szechuan vegetables and tomatoes.
3. Simmer for 1 hour or more until the ribs are tender. Serve hot.
