Pineapple Chocolate Chip Cookies

These delicious pineapple chocolate chip cookies are a unique twist on a favorite!

Ingredients

• 1 cup Butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 4 cups flour + 1 tablespoons extra if you need it
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, juice and all
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all wet and dry ingredients.

Drop onto cookie sheets, leaving enough room in between each cookie in case they spread.

Bake at 375° F for 12-15 minutes.
