Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely minced lemongrass leaves, or 1 tablespoon minced lemon zest
- grated zest of three large lines, plus the juice
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup finely minced ginger
- Six cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
To make the glaze, combine all the Glaze ingredients and stir well. Makes 3 cups.
