- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 4 tbsp. low-fat sesame ginger dressing
