Raw Reuben

Ingredients

  • Raw Sunflower Bread (see recipe)
  • Cashew “Cheese” (see recipe)
  • Marinated Portobello Mushrooms (see recipe)
  • Raw Thousand Island Dressing (see recipe)
  • Raw Sauerkraut (optional; see recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread “cheese” on one slice of bread.
2. Place mushroom slices on top of cheese spread.
3. Top mushrooms with dressing and sauerkraut, if using.
4. Cover with another slice of bread.
