Tropical Banana & Fruit Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed H-E-B BROWN SUGAR
- 2 BANANAS, peeled and sliced
- 1 can(15.2oz) DOLE TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD
- 1 box (18.25 oz.) BETTY CROCKER YEllOW CAKE MIX
- 1/3 cup HILL COUNTRY FARE VEGETABLE OIL
- 3 large EGGS
- 1 Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Icing
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350°F Spray a 9xl3-inch cake pan with non-stick cooking spray or grease with softened margarine; set aside. Sprinkle brown sugar in prepared cake pan.
2. Combine banana slices and tropical fruit with juice in blender or food processor bowl. Process or blend the fruit for 30 seconds into a chunky mixture.
3. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and processed fruit in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer. Pour cake batter into brown sugar coated baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
3. Cool cake completely in pan before turning over onto foil lined cookie sheet pan or cake platter. Ice the cake with Betty Crocker Vanilla or Cream Cheese Icing : 12 servings
