Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cup whole kernal corn - drain (reserve some juice)
- 1/2 c juice from corn
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter - melted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together
Bake in greased pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes
Do not overbake - will be slightly loose and will thicken as it cools
