Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz)
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup of cilantro or basil
- The juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (rye is good)
Preparation
Step 1
- Add all ingredients into a bowl
- Use a potato masher to mix everything together.
Tip: Add all your favorite toppings like tomatoes, cucumber, onions and sprouts.
