Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbs corn starch
- 1 9" 9" pie crust
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1: Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup milk
2: Combine cornstarch and milk with ricotta, remaining 1 cup milk, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
3: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, and cool.
