Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 2 t sweet paprika
  • 2 t ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 60 ml EVOO
  • 600 g chicken thighs
  • Greek yoghurt
  • lemon wedges to serve

Preparation

Step 1

Combine spices, 2t salt, lemon juice and oil in a bowl. Toss chicken to coat. cover and fridge for at least 2 hours.
Preheat chargrill pan over high heat. Thread 3 pieces of chicken onto each skewer and brush with remaining marinake in bowl. Cook skewers in 2 batches, turning occasionally, for 7 minutes until cooked through.
