My Miracle Marinade transforms ordinary burgers, meat loaf, and even steaks into blue ribbon dishes. This recipe will be our little secret!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add the oil and onion. Cook until tender and caramelized, 2 to 4 minutes.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir in the caramelized onions until well combined.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
