Raisin Nut Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C seeded raisins
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/3 C water
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 C finely chopped nuts
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Force raisins through food chopper
Add sugar, water, salt
Cook 5 min, stirring often
Remove from heat
Add nuts and lemon rind
Cool
