Ingredients
- 1 lbs of cauliflower
- 4 TB of butter - room temp
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Steam cauliflower for 10 -15 min until very tender (remove excess water so the cauliflower hold together better)
Put all ingredients in a food processor and place mixture in a piping bag fitted with a a large plain tip or a plastic zip lock bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe them into quarter-sized dollops on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
