Ingredients

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 3 T flour
  • 2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 20 oz can of pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 3 T reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/2 C crushed Ritz crackers
  • 4 T melted butter (1/2 a stic

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine can of pineapple chunks (drained), reserved pineapple juice, sugar, flour and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers & melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over the pineapple mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Pour 3 tablespoons of the pineapple juice in there

Now pour some sugar on it (I totally just sang that out in my head when I was typing it)

And grated sharp cheddar cheese (just go with it)... Now mix it all up!

In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers (it's gotta be Ritz y'all) & some melted butter

Sprinkle this crumb mixture over the pineapple mixture..
