Ingredients
- 1 Qt. Water
- 3 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. Peppercorns
- 2 Pork Chops
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and allow salt to dissolve. Add pork chops, refrigerate for 2 hours, no longer or the chops will be too salty.
