Kentucky Sour Cream Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Self Rising Cornmeal
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 small Onion, chopped finely
  • 1 Can Cream Corn
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingrediants well.

Pout into a square baking dish, greased.

Bake at 350 degrees approx. 30 minutes until lightly brown around the edges.
